Studia linguistica romanica is an international digital diamond open access journal that adheres to the principles of transparency and best practice of the Committee on publication ethics (COPE) and the Plan S. The journal publishes articles, thematic issues and book reviews, both synchronic and diachronic, on all topics, areas, problems and approaches of Romance linguistics, comparative or on a specific Romance language, including the history of the field. The journal is trilingual. Its publication languages are French, Italian and Spanish.
Studia linguistica romanica publishes two or three issues per year: one issue in spring, one issue in autumn and possibly a third issue during the year. From submission to the decision on acceptation, articles take 113 days on average, book reviews 21 days. From submission to publication, articles in regular issues take 303 days on average, articles in thematic issues 433 days and book reviews 151 days. 76 % of the submitted articles are accepted.
